Estimating the co-benefits of clean energy policies: Why use COBRA

9am, September 29th, 2015

This presentation explains the benefits and uses of the Co-benefits Risk Assessment (COBRA) screening model. COBRA is a tool which can be used to estimate the air quality, human health, and associated economic impacts of state-and county-level emission reduction scenarios.

The presentation explains the importance of working towards creating clean energy policies, and identifies particular uses for COBRA in helping local and federal bodies make the right energy choices.

It also includes case studies which look at how the Department of Energy has used COBRA.
