Role of Asia-Pacific Integrated Model towards Asia Low Carbon Society

1pm, September 28th, 2015

This presentation looks at the role of the Asia-Pacific Integrated Model (AIM) in working towards a Low Carbon Society across Asia. AIM is a large-scale computer simulation model for assessing policy options to stabilize the global climate through greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction, with an emphasis on the Asia-Pacific region.

It identifies key aspects of an Asian low carbon society and examines actions required to attain those elements.
